Leadership in You

 THE LEADER IS IN YOU AND NOT IN THE POSITION YOU OCCUPY .

Leadership doesn't start when you are called to serve in a position as a directorate head, chairman,cabinet minister,Executive governor or President . Leadership should start from your attitude and good example you are showing to others. 


The moment someone can start emulating good things from you, you are automatically a leader because you are already leading someone to be better.


Endeavour to always try to inspire others with your good life. Live your life in such a way that others will start emulating good things from you.


You don't have to be called into a position of authority before you start leading by good example.


Leadership don't start when you start holding a big post at the top. Leadership start from our daily activities. The messenger,the driver and even the gateman can display exceptional leadership qualities that must be acknowledged and appreciated. So,always make good use of your daily opportunity to be an inspiration and a source of joy to others, it's a form of leadership role everyone must possess.


Let your dream always be "I must leave something good behind, no matter how small". The good thing you can leave behind might just be only your good character, it can be the only others will gain from you or always remember you for. it's should not be until you are called to serve, you start leading by example... so always try to live and not just leave.

CAN WE ASK OURSELVES " HAVE I BEEN A GOOD LEADER TO MY FAMILY ,MY DEPARTMENT,MY RELIGIOUS GROUP OR EVEN MY COMMUNITY ".
